  • Describe the role and value of a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Plan (MERP)
  • Apply the key elements of the MERP by developing a MERP
  • Understand the basic principles of results-based management
  • Report and use monitoring and evaluation information
  • Understand basic evaluation principles
